ISCF Examination Platform

Registration, examination, certification and use of certificates are governed by the applicable ISCF certification scheme, published candidate requirements, examination integrity rules and certification decisions. Candidates must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, follow examination instructions and refrain from fraud, impersonation, copying or unauthorized assistance. Certification is awarded only after applicable scheme requirements and certification decision are satisfied.

يخضع التسجيل والاختبار ومنح الشهادة لمخطط الشهادة المعمول به ومتطلبات المرشح وقواعد نزاهة الاختبار وقرار منح الشهادة. يلتزم المرشح بصحة البيانات وحماية بيانات الدخول وعدم الغش أو انتحال الشخصية أو النسخ أو الاستعانة غير المصرح بها.

Fees are refundable before examination activation/use, less any non-refundable bank or payment-processing charges where applicable. Once an examination attempt has started or been used, the examination fee is non-refundable except for a verified ISCF-side technical failure, duplicate/incorrect payment, or where applicable law requires otherwise. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment route where practicable. A challenge to an examination or certification decision is handled as an appeal and is separate from a refund request.

تُقبل طلبات الاسترجاع قبل تفعيل/استخدام محاولة الاختبار، مع خصم الرسوم البنكية أو رسوم المعالجة غير القابلة للاسترداد إن وجدت. بعد بدء أو استخدام محاولة الاختبار لا تُسترد الرسوم، باستثناء عطل فني موثق من جانب المعهد أو سداد مكرر/خاطئ أو ما يوجبه القانون. التظلم من نتيجة أو قرار شهادة مسار مستقل عن طلب الاسترجاع.

ISCF processes candidate identity, account, examination, payment-status, proctoring and certification records only for registration, identity verification, examination integrity, certification administration, verification, audit, security and legal/compliance purposes. Access is limited to authorized roles. Records are retained only for the applicable certification, accreditation, contractual and legal retention periods. Candidates may contact ISCF regarding access or correction of their personal data, subject to applicable requirements.

تُعالج بيانات المرشح لأغراض التسجيل والتحقق من الهوية ونزاهة الاختبار وإدارة الشهادة والتحقق والتدقيق والأمن والالتزام، مع قصر الوصول على الأشخاص المخولين والاحتفاظ بالسجلات وفق الفترات النظامية والتعاقدية ومتطلبات الاعتماد.

ISCF is committed to impartial certification decisions, identification and management of conflicts of interest, objective examination processes and equal treatment of candidates. Commercial, financial or other pressures shall not compromise certification decisions. Personnel with a conflict of interest must not take part in the relevant decision.

يلتزم المعهد بالحيادية وإدارة تعارض المصالح وموضوعية الاختبارات والمساواة بين المرشحين، وألا تؤثر الضغوط التجارية أو المالية أو غيرها على قرارات منح الشهادات.

Question banks, examination content, candidate records and controlled certification information are confidential. Recording, copying, distributing or disclosing examination content is prohibited. Identity, camera, microphone, screen and integrity controls may be used as disclosed before the examination. Automated monitoring supports integrity controls; consequential certification decisions remain subject to authorized human oversight and the applicable scheme process.

تُعد بنوك الأسئلة ومحتوى الاختبار وسجلات المرشحين معلومات سرية. يحظر تسجيل أو نسخ أو توزيع محتوى الاختبار. وقد تُستخدم ضوابط الهوية والكاميرا والميكروفون ومشاركة الشاشة والمراقبة المعلنة قبل الاختبار، مع خضوع القرارات المؤثرة للإشراف البشري المخول وفق مخطط الشهادة.
